Use a wrench to hold the spindle in place, and another to
loosen the clamping nut.
Insert the attachment's clamp shaft as far as possible into
the chuck. Tighten the chuck.
3.2 w
orking instructions
On compressed air failure set the rotary valve to
the «OFF» position! To achieve an optimum grind-
ing result, move tool uniformly back and forth with
light pressure. Excessive pressure lessens the working
capability of the machine, as well as the life of the tool.

4.1 P
reventive mAintenAnce
Without a tool clamped in check no-load
speed periodically and after each mainte-
nance. Even if the machine still operates
perfectly, the motor should be removed, cleaned and the
four slides checked for wear by a specialist after approx.
300 to 400 operating hours.

4.1.1 r
ePlAcement of the exhAust Air hose
Pull back on the ring to draw it off. Remove the exhaust
air hose. Flush mount the new exhaust air hose, and draw
the ring back on.
4.1.2 r
ePlAcement of the suPPly hose
Remove the exhaust air hose (see 4.1.1).
Screw off the hose nut. Draw the air supply hose out of
the hose nut. Flush mount the new air supply hose in the
hose nut.
Screw the hose nut with air supply hose to the valve body.
