U·vision
with a device with a lower version, the U·vision
ERROR: NO MODE
If the U·vision
has been properly configured, a short
+
pressed on the Power button starts the device.
If you have any problem with the device is possible to
restart it by pressing Power button during 5 seconds.
The functionality of the U·vision
U·track software, because it is necessary to configure it,
choosing at least one of the two working modes: NORMAL
MODE or PRESET MODE.

NORMAL MODE
This mode is the default mode (Fig. 4).
1. Using the different arrows, the operator must enter the
USER PIN, and press the Power button (top right) to
confirm (Fig. 5).
2. Enter the WORK ORDER and press the Power button
to confirm.
3. Finally, enter the AMOUNT and press the Power button to
send all information to U·track software to be verified.
If there is a problem during communication or during
verification, the U·vision
+
define the real problem: USER ERROR (Fig. 6), ORDER
ERROR, QUANTITY ERROR OR COMMUNICATION ERROR
(TRY IT AGAIN).

This configuration can be made during first devices
configuration (Fig. 2) or anytime after installation in the
U·track DEVICES menu (Fig. 3).
When a transaction is launched in the management system
then the screen shows the transaction mode (Fig. 14 - Pag.
7) in which it can be seen the preselected amount (5).
