USE

STARTING THE TOOL
Clockwise rotation: position the 1/2" Square fitting as shown in fig.3 and press the starter lever A;
Anticlockwise rotation: this is done by operating the starter lever again, placing the 1/2" Square fitting as shown in fig.4.
SCREWDRIVING
The clutchless angle screwdrivers AVS are designed for driving threaded elements by proper 1/2" Square fitting keys;
their performance features are shown in table 1. Experience will indicate the best way to perform this operation according
to: the type of screw, the shape of the pieces to be fastened, the working position etc. The normal sequence is:
 place the tool bit on the head of the screw;
 start the motor and keep it running until the screw is fastened.

ATTENTION. Do not try to tighten the part further by levering on the tool..
The lack of clutch in ERQUA and ERGOQUA tools means that the whole screw torque is applied to the operator's hand.
For this reason great care should be taken during screwing operations.
NOTE: if the power of the screw driver is too high with respect to the torque value to be obtained, this may be modified
by a pressure regulator placed between the tool and the air supply.
ATTACHING THE ACCESSORIES
Fit the 1/2" Square fitting keys and push them firmly home into their housing (fig.5). To remove the accessory, just pull the
key in the opposite direction.

UTILISATION

DEMARRAGE
Rotation à droite: positionner l'outil carrée 1/2" comme indiqué à la fìg. 3 et appuyer sur le levier de mise en marche A;
Rotation gauche: s'obtient en intervenant de nouveau sur le levier de mise en marche, en ayant soin de positionner l'outil
carrée 1/2" comme indiqué à la fig.4.
VISSAGE
Les visseuses d'angle sans embrayage AVS, dont les performances sont indiquées dans le tableau 1, sont indiquées
pour le vissage d'éléments filetés au moyen de clés carrée 1/2" spéciales; l'expérience vous apprendra la meilleure
méthode pour effectuer le vissage en fonction des paramètres et des conditions de travail; la méthode de vissage
conseillée prévoit les opérations suivantes:
 mettre l'outil dans les conditions du vissage;
 faire tourner le moteur et visser jusqu'à obtention du vissage souhaité.

ATTENTION. N'essayez pas de visser d'avantage en exerçant une pression sur l'outil.
L'absence de friction pour les outils ERQUA et ERGOQUA fait que le couple de vissage entier se décharge sur la main
de l'opérateur; nous recommandons donc de porter un maximum d'attention aux opérations de vissage.
REMARQUE: si la puissance de la visseuse résulte trop élevée pour le vissage que vous voulez réaliser, il est possible
de la contrôler au moyen d'un régulateur de pression situé entre l'outìl et l'alímentation de l'air.
MONTAGE DES ACCESSOIRES
Le montage des clés se fait en les introduisant et en les poussant à fond dans l'attache de I'outil carrée 1/2"(fig.5); pour
extraire la clé, il suffit de la tirer dans le sens contraire.
