INSTALLATION
The appliance must be installed by qualified staff.
The VMI ® unit must be installed in compliance with the local regulations in force.
Electrical connections must be made in accordance with the local regulations in force: NFC 15-
100 for France.
For safety aspects, please refer to section Safety instructions.
To install the VMI CUBE system, the VMI+ app must first be downloaded and registration via

the VMI-Ventilairsec pro portal is required. www.portailpro.ventilairsec.com
A. Installing the CUBE housing
Refer to the template provided on the VMI
Installation kits can be purchased as an option. The unit can be fitted in two ways:
Wall-mounted, via the air inlet and outlet surfaces (make sure the filter is on the

outdoor air inlet side)
Suspended. Make sure the cover is placed on the top. Never place the housing with the

cover facing downwards. Use the 4 screw eye bolts in the kit to secure the 2
suspended cables. One on the air inlet side, and the other on the air outlet side.
Make sure you leave enough space above the CUBE housing to change the filter. (See
dimensions in the DESCRIPTION chapter, Dimensions paragraph)
