• Your appliance stops during use:
- Your appliance may be overheating.
4 Stop the appliance and leave cool for at least 1 hour.
4 If it overheats on repeated occasions, contact the Approved Services Centre.
• The appliance stopped after the charge light was flashing:
- The appliance has run out of battery charge.

• The power-brush is not working properly or makes a noise:
- The rotating brush or hose are obstructed.

• Your vacuum cleaner is not vacuuming as well, is making noise, whistling:
- The intake channel is partially blocked.
4 Unblock it
- The dust collector is full.
Empty it and clean it.
- The dust collector is not properly fitted.
4 Re-position it correctly.
- The intake head is clogged.
4 Remove the power-brush and clean it.
- The protective foam filter is saturated.

Description of the error
Possible cause/solution
Remove the obstruction.
Turn off the appliance and wait at least 30 minutes be-
fore switching it back on and using it.
Remove any element which is blocking the robot or free
the robot if it is stuck.
Lift the appliance and place it somewhere else on the
floor.
Open the housing and correct the position of the dust
collector and filter.
Place the dust collector and filter inside the appliance.
Free the appliance if it has become stuck against an obs-
tacle. If necessary, apply light pressure to the bumper
to free it.
Turn off and re-start the appliance.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
Free the robot if it is stuck. If necessary, remove the ob-
struction to the wheels.
