operAtIon - Grilling
6. Open the lid.
7. Lay the food that you want to grill on the lower grill plate.
• T o obtain a larger grill surface first raise the top plate into the vertical position, then lift the handle,
and swing the entire top backwards; you can then heat food on both grill plates.
• D o not use the safety clip of the appliance for squeezing the product. The weight of the top cover will
provide an equal pressure
• T o be able to handle food with different thicknesses, there is play in the cover so that it can easily
adjust to the thickness of the food.
8. Close the lid.
9. G rill the food until it is cooked. The cooking time required is different for each product.
10. O pen the lid and remove the food from the grill plate.
D o not use a fork, knife or other sharp object! You can damage the non stick coat with it. Warranty
becomes void when damaging the baking plate with sharp objects.
11. R emove the plug from the wall socket once you have finished using the appliance. Bon appetit!
cleAnInG And MAIntenAnce
Clean the appliance after each use.
1. Remove the plug from the wall socket and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
2. Remove the food remaining from the under baking plate with a kitchen paper while it is still hot.
3. The upper baking plate is easier to clean when it is cooled down.
4. Clean the drip tray with a bit of soap.
5. Clean the housing and the top cover with a moistures cloth.
6. Wind the power cord around the cord reel on the rear of the appliance.
7. Store the appliance horizontally.
• Make sure the plug has been removed from the wall socket before cleaning the appliance.
• N ever use corrosive or scouring cleaning products or sharp objects (such as a knife or a hard brush)
to clean the appliance.
• Never immerse the appliance, the power cord or the plug in water or any other liquid.

• D ispose of packaging material, such as plastic and boxes, in the appropriate waste containers.
• W hen this product reaches the end of its useful life do not dispose of it by putting it in a dustbin;
hand it in at a collection point for the reuse of electrical and electronic equipment. Please refer to the
symbols on the product, the user's instructions or the packaging.
• T he materials can be re-used as indicated. Your help in the re-use, recycling or other means of
making use of old electrical equipment will make an important contribution to the protection of the
environment.
• C ontact your municipality for the address of the appropriate collection point in your neighbourhood.
GuArAntee terMs
The importer guarantees the appliance against defects caused by manufacturing and/or material faults for
60 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions.
1. N o charges will be made for labour costs or materials during the warranty period. Any repairs carried out
during the warranty period do not extend the warranty period.
2. T he importer automatically becomes the owner of any faulty parts that he replaces or a faulty appliance
(in the event of replacement of the appliance).
3. All claims submitted under warranty must be accompanied by the original bill of sale.
4. C laims under warranty must be submitted to the dealer where the appliance was purchased or to the
importer.
5. The warranty is issued solely to the first purchaser and cannot be transferred.
6. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
