5) Select the required cutting disc r/sausage disc u.
6) Place your selected cutting disc r into the meat grinder casing 6 so that
the fixings on the cutting disc r are located in the openings in the meat
grinder casing 6.
7) After everything has been correctly assembled, screw the ring clamp t
back on hand-tight.
8) The ready-assembled meat grinder ca sing 6 is connected by a bayonet
connector to the motor unit 5:
Fit the meat grinder casing 6 into the motor unit 5 so that the
–
bol on the meat grinder casing 6 is aligned with the
motor unit 5. The locking button o pushes in (fig. B).
Press the meat grinder casing 6 in gently, at the same time turning the
–
feed tube on the meat grinder casing 6 to the middle position (fig. B),
so that the
the meat grinder casing 6 clicks into place, the locking button o pops
out again.
Finally, place the feeding tray 3 on top of the feeding funnel.

To dismantle it, press the locking button o and turn the feeding funnel to
–
the right (Fig. B)
Assembling the sausage stuffer attachment
Unfold the fold-out side - there you will find the step-by-step illustrations for as-
sembling the appliance.
1) Remove the meat grinder casing 6 as described under "Assembling the
meat grinder".
2) Dismantle all parts which are fitted to/in the meat grinder casing 6 and
clean them.
3) Coat all metal parts with cooking oil.
4) Put the transport screw q, the spring w and the cross blade e back into
the meat grinder casing 6.
5) Insert the sausage disc u so that the fixings on the sausage disc u are
located in the openings in the meat grinder casing 6.
6) Then place the sausage stuffer attachment z before the sausage disc u.
7) Screw the ring clamp t on hand-tight.
8) Assemble the meat grinder casing 6 as described under "Assembling the
meat grinder".
