removed screws (B31) and washers
(B01), Fig. 7.
Position the right upper arm (A13) on
the right lower arm (A04), Fig.8, using
the screws (B04), the washers (B30)
and the nuts (B19). Connect the
terminals of the right upper arm with
the terminals of the main post (A02),
Fig.8, I.
Repeat the same process to assemble
the left upper arm (A12).
6. FITTING THE PEDALS.-
Take the right pedal (C03) and
position it on the right pedal tube
(A06) using the screws (B05), Fig.9.
Carry out the same assembly with the
left pedal (C12).
7. FITTING THE COVERS.-
Place the pedal tube covers (C28),
(C29), Fig.10, on the left and right
pedal tubes using the screws (B22).
Attach the arm covers (C18), (C30),
Fig.11, to the right and left arms using
the screws (B22).
8. BOTTLE HOLDER
ASSEMBLY.-
Remove the screwws (B16) from the
main post (A02). Attach the bottle
holder (C24) to the main post (A02)
and screw it using the previously
removed screws (B16), Fig.12.
9.- FITTING THE MONITOR.-
Remove the screws (B21) from the
monitor (D02)
connect the terminals coming out of
the handlebar tube (A09) and the
terminals coming out of the monitor
(D02).

Place the monitor (D02) on the plate
on the handlebar tube (A09), as
shown in Fig.13, taking care not to fold
the cables.
Secure the monitor with the previously
removed screws (B21).
LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its
final position, make sure that it sits flat
on the floor and that it is level. This
can be achieved by screwing the
adjustable feet (C05) up or down, as
shown in Fig.14.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels
(C08), as shown in Fig.14, which
make it easier to move. The two
wheels at the front of the unit make it
easier to place the unit in to any
chosen position by lifting the rear
slightly.
Store your unit in a dry place,
preferably not subject to changes in
temperature.
MAINS CONNECTION.-
Insert the jack of the transformer
(D08) into the connection hole on the
main body (bottom, rear of the
machine)
transformer (D08) into a 230 V mains
supply, Fig.15.
STRIDE ADJUSTMENT.-
Turn the knob (C31) about 10 full
turns counterclockwise to loosen it,
Fig.16. This will allow the internal pin
to be unlocked. Be careful not to
loosen the knob completely.
Hold the stride adjustment disc (C19)
and pull the knob (C31) out, Fig.16, I.
