WATER TANK CLEANING:
Unscrew the drain cap to let the dirty water out, then wipe the water tank well
with a soft cloth. Wash dirt from the water sensor, water pump and float valve.
Rinse well.
FILTER CLEANING:
Remove the filter by unscrewing the 4 screws at the rear of the cooler, then lift
up on the filter and pull on the bottom to release it.
Clean the filter from the inside to the outside (the inside is toward the engine).
Never use any liquid detergent. Never use pressurized water as it can damage
the filter.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Device does not

There is no air flow.
Device isn't cooling.
Bad smell.
Increasing hot
sensation in the

POSSIBLE CAUSE
There is no electrical current.
Damaged engine.
Blockage in the grid or filters.
Low water level.
Damaged water pump.
The filter is dirty.
There is too much humidity in the
environment.
The water or the filter is dirty.
There is no air renewal and the relative
humidity is getting too high.
SOLUTIONS
Check that the power cord is plugged
in.
Check the power supply.
Press ON/OFF.
Contact Technical Service.
Clean equipment.
Fill the water tank.
Contact Technical Service.
Clean equipment.
You can use the computer as a fan.
Change water or clean equipment.
Make sure that the room is well
ventilated and the equipment can
constantly receive fresh air.
