changing a value. 
In delivery condition, the key lock is switched
off, and the PIN code is "0000".

Preparing the torque wrench
Basic prerequisites

The user must be standing securely during usage.

The user must have sufficient freedom of
movement.

The usage location must be sufficiently bright.

The recommended operating temperature is

–10 °C to +60 °C.

Prior to use, the torque wrench must be able to
adapt to the climatic conditions during subsequent
usage for at least one hour.

The torque wrench must be protected against
harmful influences, e.g. due to soiling or moisture.
Power supply

Make sure that the torque wrench's power supply is
guaranteed. The following standard battery/
rechargeable battery types can be used:

AA/LR6, 1.5V standard mignon batteries

AA/LR6, 1.2V rechargeable NiMH mignon batteries
CAUT ION
Danger due to exploding
rechargeable batteries.

Always use the correct charger for charging the
different types of rechargeable battery.
A tt e n t ion
Damage to the torque wrench possible.

Make sure that the rechargeable batteries or
standard batteries have a maximum voltage of
1.5V.
