Hose Connection

• Screw the universal connection (A) in the pump. The
universal connection accepts these hose sizes: 1-1/4", 1",
3/4" and 1/2". The hose diameter depends on the size of
the suspended particles in the water to prevent the hose
to clog. However, better results are gained in the pumping
capacity when using 1-1/4" hoses.
• The pump can be installed stationary using rigid pipes or
semi-stationary with flexible hoses.
• Hoses measuring 1-1/4" and 1" are connected to the
pump using a universal connection threaded nipple.
Hoses with a smaller diameter can be connected using a
hose adapter (B). It is recommended securing the
connection with a hose bracket.
• The universal accessory components that will not be
used when connecting hoses measuring 1/2", can be
removed from the accessory using a knife.
