• The battery is low, please place the robot to the spring contact of the charging base and the robot
will automatically power on.
• Ambient temperature is less than 0 °C or more than 40 °C, please use the robot in the 0℃~ 40℃
environment.
• Please remove the robot and confirm whether the status indicator of the base is always on.
• Poor contact, please clean the charging electrodes of the base and the robot.
• The robot is too far away from the base, please move it close to the base and try again.
• The base is surrounded by many debris which may disturb the charging.
Please power off and restart the robot.
The main brush, side brush or wheel may be entangled with foreign objects, please clean up after
power off.
• The filter has been blocked, please clean or replace the filter.
• The rolling brush is entangled with foreign objects, please clean up the rolling brush.
• The ground is too dirty, please increase the suction force.
• WIFI signal is weak, please confirm the robot is covered by strong WIFI signal.
• Wrong WIFI connection, please reset WIFI, download the latest phone client and try again.
• Wrong password.
• This robot only supports 2.4G WIFI band.
• Fill sufficient water in dustbin & water tank.
• Clean the water outlet of the dustbin & water tank
• Check whether the mop bracket assembly has been properly installed
• Check whether the blue rubber plug of water inlet has been properly assembled.
