5.4 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE THERMOSTAT.
BEFORE STARTING UP THE APPLIANCE, READ CAREFULLY
THIS IS AN APPLIANCE FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY, AND
5.4.1 Turning on the machine.
With the inside of the furniture clean, connect to the electrical network, check that the
thermostat is not in the off state

After a few minutes the status of the compressor and the rest of the components
will be activated to achieve the set temperature and humidity conditions.
5.4.2 Thermostat operation and management.
The cabinet you have purchased has an electronic temperature and humidity controller.
With the pre-established parameters, it is able to maintain adequate interior
environmental conditions for dry meat maturation without the need to manipulate the
pre-established parameters.
If you want to modify the factory parameters, only qualified personnel can do so and the
operation will be under your responsibility when making such changes.
5.4.2.1 Modification of temperature and humidity.
Steps to follow to modify the temperature and RH in the DDAV-200 and DDAV-400
models:
