5 Troubleshooting
Error
Thermal imaging cam-
era cannot be switched
on.
LEDs 1 and 2 on the
thermal imaging camera
rapidly flash red.
LEDs 1 and 2 on the
thermal imaging camera
light red.
Only LED 1 on the
charging cradle is lit
when a thermal imaging
camera is inserted (error
during charging process).
LEDs on the charging
cradle flash red (error
during charging process).

Cause
Battery is discharged.
Overheating fault in the
thermal imaging camera.
System error or error in
the thermal imaging cam-
era.
The thermal imaging
camera is not seated cor-
rectly in the charging cra-
dle.
Charging contacts on the
thermal imaging camera
and/or the charging cra-
dle are dirty.
Charging contacts on the
thermal imaging camera
and/or the charging cra-
dle are damaged.
There are too many
charging cradles linked
together.
Remedy
Recharge the battery.
Take the thermal imag-
ing camera out of opera-
tion and allow it to cool
down.
Send the thermal imaging
camera back to Dräger.
Remove any foreign
objects between the ther-
mal imaging camera and
the charging cradle.
Clean the charging pins.
If the charging pins are
defective, send the ther-
mal imaging camera
and/or the charging cra-
dle to Dräger.
Link a maximum of
5 charging cradles
together.
