Insert two LARGE WOOD DOWELS (6) into the BOTTOM (E).

Fasten the BOTTOM (E) to the UPRIGHT (C). Use two 2" FLAT
HEAD SCREWS (20).

NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the BOTTOM insert into
the UPRIGHT.
