4.4.2. Place the kiln on its legs
Step Action required
If your Frontloader has not been set up by the ROHDE delivery and set-

up service, it is now time to place the kiln on its legs.
Lift the Frontloader using a stacker truck. Insert the forks under the kiln
door and move them carefully towards the back of the kiln.

Attention:
A forklift is required on some models to lift the kiln high enough to fit the
feet.
Please make sure not to damage the power cable and the controller

cable.
Lift the kiln to a position where you can easily mount the legs. Please
4 note that the legs and mounting positions are marked in red and green.
They must be mounted accordingly.
Mount the legs on to the kiln with the fi xing screws and lower the kiln

into the position required.
4.4.3. Adjustment of the kiln (KE 105 B – KE 210 B)
Step Action required
1 To level the kiln horizontally, please carry out the following steps.
2 Loosen the lock nut.
Setting the height:
3 To adjust the height of each corner of the kiln stand, turn each screw in
or out.
4 Re-tighten the lock nut.
