2.2.2 Filling up the molds
*NOTE: USE ONLY NSF APPROVED MOLDS. The molds are not included in the kit.
1. Place the wooden sticks in the lid for the
molds (extractor) leaning on the toothpick.
3. Place the extractor already with the wooden
sticks in the mold

2. Fill up the mold cavities.
4. insert the mold in the vat, slide the mold to
the right and insert another mold on the left
side and repeat the process until the vat is full
remember to wait 2 minutes between each
mold the first round, remove the mold from
the far right when is frozen, let the refrigerant
liquid drain into the drip tray, go through the
molds to the right and place an unfrozen mold
on the far left, repeating the process as many
times as necessary.
