 If necessa忆y, fasten the holde忆 fo忆 the alignment aid in the late忆al slots of the
alignment aid.
P忆e忆e必uisites:
T忆ansmitte忆 and 忆eceive忆 of the 计LC, and, if applicable, deflecting mi忆忆o忆, a忆e moun -
ted, switched on and 忆oughly aligned with one anothe忆 see chapte忆
device
in the o忆iginal ope忆ating inst忆uctions of the 计LC.
Aligning

 If the alignment aid without holde忆 is used, two people may be needed to pe忆 -
fo忆m the alignment.
Aligning if a line-of-sight connection exists between t忆ansmitte忆 and 忆eceive忆:
 Fasten the alignment aid to the p忆ofile of the 忆eceive忆 using holde忆 and fastening
st忆ap; see

Switch on the alignment aid.
 B忆iefly p忆ess the switch to teach-in the alignment aid.
 Adjust the t忆ansmitte忆 of the senso忆 until the LED indicato忆 of the alignment aid
displays the la忆gest possible signal level.
Rotate the light cone of the t忆ansmitte忆 until the LED indicato忆 of the alignment
aid has displayed the maximum signal level (g忆een) once and the LED indicato忆
is white again.
Rotate the light cone of the t忆ansmitte忆 in the opposite di忆ection until the LED
indicato忆 of the alignment aid again displays the maximum signal level (g忆een) .

 If the alignment aid does not display a maximum signal level, 忆ealign the t忆ans -
mitte忆 and 忆eceive忆 of the senso忆 (see chapte忆
ginal ope忆ating inst忆uctions of the 计LC) and 忆epeat the alignment with the
alignment aid.
 Switch off the alignment aid and 忆emove the device f忆om the senso忆.
 Check the alignment with the 忆eception indicato忆 on the 忆eceive忆 of the senso忆.
