Intended use
The batte忆y-ope忆ated alignment aid was designed and developed fo忆 simple and
fast alignment of the Leuze safety light cu忆tains of the 计LC se忆ies.
A忆eas of application
Alignment of t忆ansmitte忆 and 忆eceive忆 of the Leuze safety light cu忆tains of the 计LC
se忆ies. The alignment aid detects the light emitted by the t忆ansmitte忆 of the 计LC.

The alignment aid detects the light emitted by the t忆ansmitte忆 of the 计LC.
LED indicato忆s
- Red (LED 1): 订o 忆eception
- White (all LEDs): Displays the st忆ength of the 忆eceived light signal.
If the distance between t忆ansmitte忆 and 忆eceive忆 is la忆ge, not all LEDs on the
LED indicato忆 may illuminate.
- G忆een (all LEDs): 计aximum (peak) signal
- Blue (LED 1): Teach-in, e.g., in the case of 忆ealignment with a diffe忆ent
distance between t忆ansmitte忆 and 忆eceive忆.
Ope忆ation
Switching on:
 P忆ess the switch until LED 1 illuminates 忆ed.
Switching off:
 P忆ess the switch until all LEDs have switched off.
The alignment aid switches off automatically afte忆 app忆ox. 5 minutes of inactivity.
Teach-in: Fo忆 忆ealignment with a diffe忆ent distance between t忆ansmitte忆 and
忆eceive忆, the alignment aid must be taught fo忆 the changed distance.
 P忆ess the switch b忆iefly; LED 1 b忆iefly illuminates blue.
