cold right, hot left) or installed with
180º rotation
- Spring defective
- Button calcified
- Select stop valve DN9 damaged
- Select stop valve DN9 damaged
- Safety guard of isolating valve has
not been removed
- Seal needs greasing

Remedy
- Check water pressure (If a pump
has been installed check to see if
the pump is working).
- Clean filter in front of the mixer
and on the MTC-thermo cartridge
- Clean filter seal between shower
and hose
- Clean backflow preventers,
exchange if necessary
- Adjust thermostat
- Increase hot water temperature to
42 ºC to 60 ºC
- Exchange thermo cartridge
- Install function block turned
through 180º
- Clean spring and/or button,
exchange if necessary
- Exchange Select stop valve DN9
- Exchange Select stop valve DN9
- Remove safety guard from
isolating valve
- Grease the seal
according to Fig.
7 (see page 63 + 66)
- First, fully press the pushbutton
down into the rosette; then, mount
the rosette
