4. Install the Handles - Standard Style
All installations
Turn the valve to the closed position.
Apply a bead of plumbers putty or other sealant to the bottom of
each escutcheon according to the putty manufacturer's
instructions.
Position an escutcheon over each valve body.
Press a stem extension onto each valve stem.
Thread a bonnet onto each valve body until the escutcheon is
firmly in place.
Lever handle
Align and press a handle onto each stem extension and secure
with a screw.
Six-Prong Handle
Secure each stem extension with a screw.
Press a handle onto each stem extension.
Align the text on the ceramic buttons as desired.
Secure each handle with a setscrew.
