before performing operations of this type, close the stop valves, drain the water and proceed as follows:
Using a 2,5 mm Allen wrench, unscrew the fixing screw (2) of the handle.
Remove the handle (1) and ring nut cap (3).
Now unscrew the ring nut (4) using the 27 mm spanner and remove the tap cartridge (5) by hand.
Clean or replace it.
Before reassembling the cartridge, check that its support surface inside the tap has no abrasions or deposits of impurities that could jeopardize
the tightness of the seal.
Do not use sharp tools to remove impurities as any scratches made could jeopardize the tightness of the seal.
Check that the cartridge base seal is properly inserted in its seat.
When reassembling, pay attention to the position where the cartridge is placed inside the tap body. The two reference pins protruding from
the bottom of the cartridge must fit into their seats on the body.
Press the cartridge all the way in and tighten the ring nut (4). The optimum tightening force is 10 Nm, however as no control instruments
are available, it is best to tighten it just enough to compress the base seal.
Turn on the water and check that there is no dripping. If necessary, tighten the ring nut further.
Now reassemble all the other parts in reverse order. Pay attention to the orientation of the handle so that when closed it is in line with the body.

Avant d'effectuer ce genre d'opération, fermer les robinets d'arrêt, purger les canalisations et suivre les instructions ci-après:
Dévisser, à l'aide d'une clé Allen 2,5 mm, la vis sans de tête de fixation (2) de la manette.
Enlever la manette (1) et le capuchon cache-bague (3).
Dévisser, à présent, la bague d'arrêt (4) à l'aide de la clé de 27 mm et extraire à la main la cartouche (5) du robinet.
Effectuer l' e ntretien ou le remplacement.
Avant de remonter la cartouche, vérifier que le plan d'appui de celle-ci à l'intérieur du robinet ne présente pas d'abrasions ou de dépôts d'impuretés
qui pourraient compromettre l' é tanchéité du joint.
Ne pas utiliser d' o utils pointus pour enlever les impuretés car les éventuelles éraflures pourraient compromettre l' é tanchéité du joint.
Vérifier que le joint de base de la cartouche est inséré correctement dans l' e mplacement prévu à cet effet.
Pour le remontage, faire attention à la position d'insertion de la cartouche dans le corps du robinet, les deux ergots de référence dépassant du bas de la
cartouche doivent, en effet, être insérés dans les emplacements du corps prévus à cet effet.
Enfoncer la cartouche jusqu'au fond et visser la bague (4); la force de serrage optimale est de 10 Nm, toutefois, sans instrument de contrôle, il est
conseillé de la serrer suffisamment pour comprimer le joint de base mais sans exagérer, ouvrir l' e au et vérifier qu'il n'y a pas de fuites ; si nécessaire,
serrer davantage la bague.
Remonter, à présent, toutes les autres pièces, en suivant l' o rdre inverse ; faire attention à l' o rientation de la manette car, en position fermée,
le profil doit coïncider avec celui du corps.

Beim Versuch, Unreinheiten zu entfernen, keine spitzen Werkzeuge benutzen, da eventuelle Kratzer die Dichtheit der Dichtung beeinträchtigen
könnten.
überprüfen, ob die Dichtung an der Basis der Kartusche korrekt in ihren Sitz eingelegt ist.
Bei der erneuten Montage auf die Einschubstellung der Kartusche in den Körper des Hahns achten; die beiden Bezugsstifte, die aus dem Boden der
Kartusche hervorragen, müssen in die zugehörigen Sitze im Hahnkörper eingeschoben sein.
Die Kartusche ganz hineindrücken und den Ring (4) anschrauben; das optimale Anzugsmoment beträgt 10 Nm, wenn jedoch keine
Kontrollinstrumente zur Verfügung stehen, ist es ratsam, ihn so weit anzuziehen, dass die Basisdichtung zusammen gedrückt wird, jedoch nicht
zu stark, dann das Wasser aufdrehen und sichergehen, dass es nicht tropft; nötigenfalls den Ring stärker anziehen. Nun alle anderen Teile in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder anmontieren; auf die Ausrichtung des Griffs achten, da seine Form in geschlossener Stellung deckungsgleich mit der
des Hahnkörpers sein muss.
