speed.
3.Press the INCREASE +/DECREASE- podsto set
the desiredtemperature60°Fto 85°Fin l°F
increments.

Thecompressor w ill cycleon and offto keepthe room
at the set levelof comfort.Setthethermostatat o lower
numberond the indooroir will becomecooler.
Setthethermostatat a highernumberand the indoorair
will becomewarmer.
NOTE: i f the air conditionerisoff and isthenturnedon
whileset to COOL, i t will take approximately 3 minutes
for the compressor to start and coolingto begin.
CoolingDescriptions
For Normal Cooling-Selectthe COOLmodeond HIGH
or MEDfan with a middlesettemperoture.
For MaximumCooling-SelecttheCOOLmode
and HIGHfan with a lowersettemperature.
For Quieterand Nighttime Cooling-Selectthe COOL
modeand LOWfanwith a middleset temperature.
NOTE: I f you switch from a COOL setting to OFF or to
a fan setting, wait at least 3 minutesbeforeswitching
back to a COOL setting.
FAN MODE
Usethe FANmodeto provideoir circulationand filtering
without cooling. S incefan-onlysettingsdo not provide
cooling, a temperaturesettingwill not be displayed.

desiredfanspeed.
