[ 0 CHANNEL SELECTION
Satellite channels can be selected three ways:
- pressing CHANNEL A or YW to change channel up
or down,
- pressing number buttons 0-9 to select the channel
number directly (note that channel 0 is external AV
input),
- pressing SIS to display channel names on screen (then
press SELECT + or — to select required channel, OK
to confirm).
Typical SIS display:
Note if receiver is off, selecting a channel will switch it on.
You will not be able to change channels during timer
operation (indicated by flashing green light on receiver
front panel).
To check receiver status at any time, press STATUS
once. Displayed on screen will be: channel number,
channel name and current time (display disappears
after a few seconds.)
For constant status display, hold down STATUS for
five seconds or so. (To cancel, press STATUS once.)
