Especially
recommended

headphones
com-
pletely equipped with a 2.5 meter cable
and stereo
plug. In addition to their
excellent qualities of reproduction, they
provide the stereo effects to the fullest.
The headphones are available from audio
dealers as special accessories.
Operation
After
having
connected
the antenna
cable, the power supply and the requir-
ed signal source
(record
player, tape
deck, etc.) switch on the unit by de-
pressing the key POWER, During operat-
ion, the dial is illuminated.
Radio and
amplifier parts are fully transistorised,
therefore, is operates immediately after
switching on.
Station and wave range selection
The wave range is selected by depressing
the matching wave range key.

Both the keys SW 1 and SW 2 must be
depressed
for reception
of the band
spread 49 meter band.
The second knob is then used to select
the desired broadcast transmitter in its
clearest and distortion-free setting. The
most favourable setting is also indicated
by the tuning indicator instrument on
the lefthand
side of the front panel.
In order to quickly locate the most
frequently
desired stations, please use
the enclosed riders.

Stereo Reception
VHF/FM Muting Control
By pressing the key "STILL" @ both
the field intensity noise as well as weak
transmissions will be suppressed when
tuning a station.

control (TREBLE) ® are operative over
a wide
frequency
range.
When
tone
controls
are
in their center positions,
the frequency response is linear. For best
sound, we suggest that the tone controls
should
always
be adjusted
from
their
normal
center positions to obtain the
desired bass and treble emphasis.
