The fully automatic espresso machine should be properly packaged to avoid damage in
transit as we will not be responsible for any such damage.
3. If your Fully Automatic Espresso Machine is still under warranty, KitchenAid will return
the repaired unit or, at our option, an identical or comparable unit to your door free of
charge. If your product is no longer under warranty, the CxC agent would guide through
the service process and costs shall be borne by the consumer.
