DATE AND TIME SETTING
@ Set the mode switch to the "'DATE" position.
@ The built-in timepiece,
once set to a correct date and time, displays a correct time
continuously as long as the built-in battery is live, and automatically updates the date.

@ Pressing the
key in the "REG", "DATE", or " (]"" mode with a transaction
or operation completed provides a time display.
@ Toclear a time display, press the (CL) key or another effective key.
@ If the register is set at "time printing No" in the '''PGM" mode, it does not provide
any time print.
@ The accuracy
of the built-in timepiece is within +50 seconds per month at a tem-
perature of 25°C.
3. Alarm time setting
Entry of an alarm time >

@ The built-in alarm rings at a preset alarm time so far as the register is energized.
® To stop the alarm, press the [ct] key.

If any alarm time does not need to be preset, enter ''2400" and press the
key.
