Running the commissioning wizard
Note
i
Once the mains fuse provided on site is closed and the nBox is switched on via the mains switch, the
nBox is supplied with voltage and starts. The start process may take several minutes. During this time,
the status LEDs flash. When the start process is complete, the Ready to operate status LED lights up
permanently. The system is locked and can be commissioned. The next commissioning steps are
carried out using the nBox app. This is where the basic settings are defined for the nBox system. More
information on the steps and settings options provided by the commissioning wizard can be found in the
nBox user manual.

1.
Enable Bluetooth on the mobile device.
2.
Start the nBox app on the mobile device. If the app has not been
installed yet, install the app.
3.
Hold down the Pairing momentary-action switch (1) on the nBox until
the status LED labelled Pairing flashes.
Ü
The nBox then tries to establish a connection ("pair") with the mobile
device. If no connection can be established within 30 seconds,
Bluetooth is disabled again on the nBox (status LED goes out).
Note
i
After successful Bluetooth pairing, a WiFi connection is
established between the nBox and the mobile device. It is
therefore important that both Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled
on the mobile device.
Ü
If a connection has been successfully established, the commissioning
wizard automatically starts on the mobile device.
4. Tap Start.
Ü
The commissioning wizard starts.
