FIRST USE
After having taken the product out of
its packaging, check that it is in per-
fect condition.
Place the drip coffee maker on a flat,
stable surface.
Use hot water and liquid detergent to
clean the jug and filter support. Rinse
thoroughly under running water and
dry with a soft cloth.
Rinse the water tank and filter in hot
water only to avoid altering the taste
of the coffee.
Clean the outer surface of the machi-
ne ONLY with a damp cloth to remo-
ve any residual dust. (fig.2)
When you use the drip coffee maker
for the first time, run it a couple of
times without filling the ground cof-
fee filter (see paragraph "Using the
drip coffee maker"). Check that the
power cable does not hang over the
edge of the work surface. (fig. 3)
