Remove the cutting device(6).
The cutting device(6) can be detached with the blade cover
attached(7).
Be careful not to get debris into the bolt holes of the cutting
blades or of the gear case(8). If debris enters, the bolt (5)
for the cutting device may not be tightened fully.
Tools required:
Grease gun, Rag.
Parts required:
Lithium based grease (NLGI Grade 2)

Clean dirt from grease fitting.

Hold the product firmly and carefully pump grease in fitting.
Do not force grease. Too much pressure will force grease
past seals and cause damage. Every 15-20 hours, grease
1g to the upper grease fitting and 3g to the lower grease
fitting.
Use lithium based grease (NLGI Grade 2). Any grease oth-
er than the specified may cause a malfunction.
Do not put too much grease. If you put it in too much, the
driving time may be shortened.
CAUTION
After stopping, wait for the gear case to cool before re-
plenishing.
May result in burns.
Remove any debris around the product.
Remove any debris around the cooling air inlet.
