Maintenance and care

 Using parts other than those that are genuine or specified may cause failure.

 Checking and maintenance requires specialist knowledge. If you are unable to check and maintain the product or deal with a
fault yourself, consult your dealer. Do not attempt to dismantle the product.
 Consult your dealer in the event of a problem that is not covered in the table above, or other such concerns.
 For spare parts and consumables, please use only genuine parts and designated products and components. Using parts from
other manufacturers or non-designated components may result in a malfunction.

 The battery pack is not installed properly.
 Insufficient battery capacity

tween the cutter blades.
 The battery is overheating

Cause
 The charger AC cord is not plugged in the wall
outlet
 The battery is not securely plugged into the
charger
 The charger or battery terminals are dirty
 The charger AC cord is broken
 Battery life
 Install properly
 Charge the battery pack
 Clean
 Remove the battery from the product
 Turn off the unit and allow to cool
 Charge the battery pack
 Consult your ECHO dealer
 Plug charger AC cord in the wall outlet
 Plug in securely
 Clean the terminal
 Consult your ECHO dealer
 Replace with new
