Please contact sevice center to thoroughly lubricate
machine.

Fully charge and service the batteries.
•
Do not deflate tires.
•
The machine should be stored in a well-ventilated,
clean and dry place as the battery charger cannot
be used in a wet environment.
•
Always keep the batteries fully charged. It is
especially important to prevent battery damage
when the temperature is below 32°F (0°C).

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Numerous.
The cutting blade(s) is/ are bent or
unbalanced.
A blade mounting bolt is loose.
Numerous.
The blade(s) are not sharp.
A cutting blade(s) is/are bent.
The deck is not level.
An anti-scalp wheel is not set correct-
ly.
The underside of the deck is dirty.
Tires improperly inflated.
A blade spindle is bent.
Key fob is not in place.
Battery is not charged.
Circuit breakers are tripped.

Attach the charger adapter to the charging port
and the batteries per the Charging Adapter
section in the Electrical System section.
•
Plug the charger into a proper electrical outlet.
Refer to Battery Charger, Battery Charging
and Charging Recommendations portions of the
Electrical System section for more details on
using the charger and charging the batteries.
•
To maximize battery life it is best to fully charge
batteries shortly after each use.
SOLUTION
Refer to Digital display in the section of this manual.
Contact your greenworkscommercial dealer.
Install new cutting blade(s).
Tighten the blade mounting bolt.
Contact your greenworkscommercial dealer.
Sharpen the blades.
Install new cutting blade(s).
Level the deck per the Deck leveling and height adjust-
ment section of the parts manual.
Adjust the height of the anti-scalp wheel.
Clean the underside of the deck.
Adjust air pressure and ensure even pressure between
tines.
Contact your greenworkscommercial dealer
Check that key fob is in place.
Check battery connection in back battery compartment.
Make sure the battery is charged
Check to see that ALL circuit breakers are not tripped.
