• When fitting the LED lamps ensure the silver end cap is fitted into the left-hand side (LHS) lamp holders, with the + & – symbols
correctly aligned on the LED lamps, lamp holders, and metal chassis (See Figure 5).
• Pay close attention to ensure that the LED tube is properly inserted and seated into the clear rubber lamp holder sleeve, as this is
critical to maintain the IP rating of the unit.
• When reinserting the lamp holder, make sure to match the + & - symbol on the lamp holder with the + & - symbol on the metal
work.
• The black non voltage end cap should be secured in place in the metal support clip on the right-hand side (RHS) of the unit (See
Figure 5).
• The LED lamps will not operate in any other configuration.
• Close the front cover and switch the unit back on.
• The unit will only operate with Quantum X LED 370nm 550mm T5 lamps.
