PLAYING
@ Set the Record Size Selector to the MANUAL
position.
@ Bring the tonearm
to the lead in groove of the record or to
the point where you wish to listen.
(This can be at any point
on the record.)
© Touch
the
START/STOP
Button.
The
turntable
will
start
rotating and
the tonearm
will
automatically
lower
itself onto
the record.
© Adjust
the sound
level,
stereo
balance
and tone quality of
the
amplifier according
to your preference.
© After playing,
the tonearm
returns
automatically
to the rest.
To stop during play, touch
the START/STOP
Button.
The Re-
turn
Lamp
will
light
up
and
the
tonearm
will
return
to
the
Arm
Rest.
@ Turn
off the POWER
Switch
after the tonearm
has fully
re-
turned to the Arm
Rest.
@lf you bring the tonearm
to the label of the record while the
turntable
is rotating, the tonearm
may
return
by the automatic
return mechanism.
REPEAT
PLAYING
To
repeat
the same
record,
touch
the
REPEAT
Button
while
the
record is on automatic
play.
The REPEAT
Lamp will light
up and the unit will repeat playing.
The
repeat
function
can
also
be activated
while
the
Return
Lamp
is lit.
However,
it will not activate when
the playing
is
stopped with the STOP
Button.
To
stop
the
repeat
playing,
touch
the
REPEAT
Button
again,
and the REPEAT Lamp will turn off.
After the record
is played,
the turntable will stop automatically.
To stop during play, touch the START/STOP
Button.
@When
the Record Size Selector is set to MANUAL, the repeat
mechanism
wil! not operate.

TONEARM
DROP-POINT
ADJUSTMENT
At the factory,
the tonearm
has
been
adjusted
to
have
the
correct drop point in the automatic
playing mode.
If this needs to be readjusted,
proceed
as follows.
@ Remove
the rubber
cap
of the Tonearm
Drop-point Adjust-
ment
Hole located at the leftside of the arm
base.
@ Insert the supplied screwdriver into the hole.
To
change
the
drop
point
inward... Turn
the screw
counter-
clockwise.
To change the drop point outward... Turn the screw clockwise.
© Once
it is properly adjusted with
a 30cm
(12") record, the
drop point will be correct for 17 cm (7) and 25 cm (10") records
as well.

MAINTENANCE
@No lubrication
is required for this turntable.
The motor shaft
is factory lubricated for the life of the turntable.
e@Clean the cabinet and dust cover periodically with a soft dry
cloth.
Do not use solvents such as alcohol, benzine or thinner,
since they will damage
the finish.
@When
the Rubber
Mat becomes
dusty,
wipe it gently with a
soft cloth slightly dampened
with water.
Note:
The
one
big screw
and the three small screws
on the bottom
of the turntable
are precisely adjusted at the factory to maintain
the
nominal
turntable
speed.
Do not attempt to adjust these
under
any circumstances.
