the cord hangs up on the workpiece

Hold the saw firmly
with
both hands
(See Fig. 13).
6. Squeeze
the trigger
switch to start the saw,.
7. ALWAYS
let the blade reach full speed
before
you begin the cut into the workpiece_
8. When
making
a cut, ALWAYS
use steady, even pressure.
Forcing
the saw causes
rough cuts and could shorten
the life of the saw or cause
kickback°
9. After completing
your cut, release
the trigger
switch
and
allow the blade to come to a complete
stop.. DO NOT
remove the saw from the workpiece
while the blade
is moving,.
I z_ DANGER:
When
sawing
through
the workpiece,
the lower
blade guard does not
_ cover
the blade.
The blade
is exposed
on the under
side
of the workpiece.
ALWAYS
keep
your hands
and fingers
away from
the cutting
area. Any part of your body coming
in

contact
with the moving
blade
will result
in serious
injury.

you lift your saw from the workplace,
the blade is exposed

guard

ALWAYS
MAKE
SURE
that the
I lower blade guard
is closed
before
setting
the saw down on work surface.
