REPAIR AND CLEANING PROCEDURE
LOWER SEALS KIT (FIG. 8)
1. Separate the motor, as described previously, completely taking out the
tubes assembly. Now it is posible to replace seal (56) inside pump body
(47).
2. Unscrew lower tube (76) along with lower valve base (75).
3. Snap out circlip (68) and take out valve topper (69).
4. Take out lower valve (74), snap out its circlip (70), take out washer (71)
and replace seals (72, 73). Respect seal orientation shown in the figure.
Put back said washer and circlip into valve.
5. Replace o-ring (67), put back topper (69) and circlip (68), and screw
back both valve base (75) and tube (76).
6. Unscrew upper valve (63) from part (58).
7. Take out washer (61) and replace seal (62) keeping its orientation as
show in the figure.
8. Screw back upper valve (63).
9. Unscrew bolts (55) and gently pull pump body (47) away from flange
(45).
10. Replace seals (42, 43, 48) inside body (47) and o-ring (49). Respect
seals orientation shown in the figure.
11. Assembly back everything in reverse order.
12. A kit containing all these seals is available to order (534300).
