Lock/Unlock the System
Press and hold both the "S" and "↑" buttons for 5 seconds. When it displays "LOC", the system is locked.
Press and hold both the "S" and "↓" buttons for 5 seconds. When it displays a normal number, the system is unlocked.
Set the Sedentary Alert Function
Press both "1" and "3" buttons until the handset screen shows "x.xh". Then you can press "↑" and "↓" buttons to set the time in 30
minutes increments; it will exit this mode 2 seconds after no button is pressed. A point flashes on the display to indicate that the
timer is in operation. When it reaches the set length of time, it beeps 5 times and reminds you to stand up.
Safety Function
The desktop will retract automatically when it encounters strong resistance during the process of going up or down.
Set the Anti-Collision Sensitivity
For safety reasons, the height adjustment stops and moves back slightly when it encounters an obstacle. If the sensitivity is set too
high, this function may be triggered undesirably. If the function is triggered too often, you can reduce the sensitivity.
If you need a higher sensitivity, you can adjust the sensitivity as follows: Press and hold the "S" button, and it will display "S-1". Use
the buttons "↑" or "↓" to set the sensitivity ("0" stands for off, "1" stands for lowest sensitivity, "8" stands for highest sensitivity). Finally,
press the button"S" to save the setting.

Solutions
Replace the controller
Check that the controller is installed horizontally under the desk.
Make sure that the screws of the controller and the tabletop are tightly
fastened and that the controller does not wobble during normal operation.
Please remove any obstacles.

Check if there is a height difference between the two legs or if they are
adjusted at the same height.
Stop using it. It will recover automatically after 18 minutes.
Check if the motor cable is correctly connected to the M1 connector of the

Check if the motor cable is damaged or crushed.
Restore to factory setting
Ensure there is an even distribution of weight on the desktop. If necessary,
remove some items to reduce the weight.
