Problem
The iron does not heat up
Steam does not come out

Probable cause
Connection problem
Temperature control (7) set to a low
position
The auto shut-o system has been
activated (indicator light 11* flashes)
Not enough water in the tank
Steam regulator (3) is set to "0"
position
Selected temperature is lower than
that specified to use with steam
Iron is not hot enough
Selected temperature is lower than
that specified to use with steam
Solution
Check main power supply cable
plug and outlet
Turn to a higher position, if
compatible with the fabric
To reconnect the iron, just move it
about gently
Fill the water tank
Set the steam regulator to a higher
position
Set to a higher temperature, if
compatible with the fabric
Set a suitable temperature and wait
until the pilot light (9) goes out
