POSSIBLE CAUSES
1. The time between CAN PDO
messages received exceeded the
PDO Timeout Period as defined by
the Event Timer parameter.

2. Motor encoder failure.
3. Bad crimps or faulty wiring.
4. Problems with power supply for
the motor encoder.

SET/CLEAR CONDITIONS
Set: Time between CAN PDO
messages received exceeded
the PDO Timeout Period.
Clear: Receive CAN NMT
message, or Reset Controller.
Set: No motor encoder move-
ment detected.
Clear: Either Reset Controller,
or if parameter LOS Upon
Encoder Fault = On and
Interlock has been cycled,
then the Stall Detected fault
is cleared and the Encoder
LOS fault (flash code 9-3) is
set, allowing limited motor
control.
Set: Internal controller failure
Clear: Reset Controller.
