[] Slide leg extenders onto left legs as shown.

From front side of cart, insert axle rod through wheel, wheel spacer, right legs, another wheel
spacer and wheel.
Secure with one axle washer and hitch pin.
Be sure that cone side of each
wheel is against
leg.
