Check that the bicycle is stable and securely positioned. If not, return the bicycle
to the horizontal position and adjust the height of the V-Slot (lowering or raising
it) above the floor.
Important: For stability, check that the V-Slot is at a height so that the weight
distribution of the bicycle is backwards – in the direction of the Upright, not
forwards towards the Track.
Use the Strap to secure the front wheel to the frame of the bicycle (see Fig. 4).
Storing Kids' Bicycles
For kids' bikes with wheel size 10in/25cm to
16in/41cm, place the back wheel into the Track
and place the handle pillar into the V-Slot. (see
Fig. 5). Depending on the size of the bicycle,
the height of the V-Slot may have to be adjusted
to ensure that the bicycle is securely stored.

Bike Nook™ Pro Kit
The Bike Nook™ Pro Kit is an attachment that connects to the Upright of the
Bike Nook™ Pro to accommodate and store bicycles fitted with back racks
and/or fenders (mud guards). For these bicycles it may be difficult to engage
the back wheel of the bicycle with the Upright. By installing the Pro Kit, bicycles
with fenders or mudguards can now be stored with added stability.
Fig. 5
The Bike Nook™ Pro Kit also accommodates fat tire bikes that cannot be
secured with the regular Bike Nook™ unit. The track of the regular Bike Nook™
unit can accommodate fat tires up to 3.9in/10cm wide. For bikes with even
wider fat tires, up to 5in/13cm, it is recommended to install the Bike Nook™
Pro Kit for proper support.
