Step 5
Attach the Sleeves onto the Track and/or Upright
The purpose of the Sleeves is to protect your bicycle fender and/or rack from
making direct contact with the Track and/or the Upright and getting damaged.
The positioning of the Sleeves depends on whether your bicycle is fitted with
just a fender, or just a rack, or with a rack and a fender. It also depends on the
size and position of the fender and the rack.
When storing your bicycle on the Bike Nook™ Pro, check if the fender and/or
rack contact the Track and/or the Upright. If so, slide 2 Sleeves over the Track
and/or 2 Sleeves over the Upright to prevent the fender and/or rack from
contacting the Track and/or Upright directly. Once positioned, stick the
self-adhesive Sleeves to the Track and/or the Upright.

Step 6
Store your Bicycle
Roll the back wheel of the bicycle over the Ramp onto the Track, guiding the
fender or rack between the protruding Support Bars until either the wheel (in
case of a short fender) or the fender (in case of a long fender), or the rack
engages with the Sleeves on the Upright (see Fig 9).
Lift the front of the bicycle upwards and rotate it slowly to a vertical position
and slightly beyond until the seat post can be lowered to rest into the V-Slot.
Check that the bicycle is stable and securely positioned.
Also check that the fender or the rack fits snug between the Support Bars and
engages with the Sleeves on the Upright. In case of a long fender, it may rest
on the Sleeves on the Track.
