Identification and solution of problems.
Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require
more intensive maintenance to keep the machine running properly. The table includes some of
the most common problems, their causes and remedies. If the machine does not start:
Problem
The engine won't start?
Isn't there good
compression?
Does the tank contain no
fresh fuel or the correct
grade?
Is there a spark in the plug
terminal?
Check the spark plug
NOTE: If the engine still does not work, take the machine to an Official Technical Service.
Cause
P. Defective retractable
starter.
Q. Fluid in the
crankcase.
Official.
R. Internal damage.
K. Loose spark plug.
L. Excess wear of the
cylinder, piston rings.
Improper fuel, passed, or
contaminated, wrong blend.
P. The power switch is
in the "OFF" position
Q. Short-circuit/ground
problems.
R. The Ignition unit is
defective.
P. If the cap is wet,
there may be excess
fuel in the cylinder
Q. the plug is sucion or
opened incorrectly.
R. The plug is damaged
internally or is the
wrong size

Solution
Take the machine to a
Technical Service
Squeeze and test again.
Refill the device with the
correct grade new fuel/oil
mixture.
Move the Switch to the "ON"
position and reset
11. Motor crank
unplugged, reinstall
and restart
12. Clean and replace
the plug to 0.6mm-
0.7mm and restart
