Connect the appliance to the mains.
Note: Manipulate the pot using its handle. Don't
touch the pot when it's hot.

Put the ingredients you want to fry inside the
pot (C).
-
Introduce the pot inside the fryer.
-
Press the on/off button (1) to switch on the
appliance.
-
Set the temperature (6) and time (8) using the
corresponding icons as the initial temperatu-
re and time will be 200°C and 8 minutes, or
select one of the 10 preset modes using the
Mode button (3).
-
Once this is done, press the start/pause but-
ton (2) and the appliance will start operating.
-
For a better result, you can select the prehea-
ting mode (5), which by default is 5 minutes at
80ºC. When the time of preheating reaches
its end, the pre-set temperature and time will
begin.
-
Press the start/pause button to start the coo-
king (2). If you leave it while any preset mode
selected, it will turn off into stand-by mode af-
ter 1 minute. This also applies into pausing in
the middle of the cooking process.
Note: If the product is switched on and you pull off
the pot, it will be off until you put it back in.
Note: Have in mind that if the appliance is cool you
should add 3-5 minutes to the cooking time if the
preheating setting hasn't been used.
Note: If you want to shake the ingredients, pull the
pot out of the appliance by the handle and shake it
after 2/3 of cooking time has been reached.

The fryer will beep when the cooking time has
elapsed.

When finished, remove the pot from the
appliance. The appliance will automatically
switch off.

If the food is not cooked as desired, switch it
on again for couple minutes.
CAUTION: Pot and food will be very HOT.

Place the pot on a flat surface capable of
withstanding high temperatures.
TIME AND TEMPERATURE

You can change the time and temperature by
using the
/
DELAYED START FUNCTION
-
If you desire to program the cooking time so
that the appliance starts working later, you
can press the delayed start function icon (4)
symbols (6, 8).
and program it with up to 12 hours delay. You
can press this icon before or after choosing
the pre-set mode.
-
Once set, press the start icon (2) to begin the
process.
-
After the time comes to its end, the cooking
process will start.
PRE-SET PROGRAMS
-
This appliance has 10 pre-set programs.
-
To select a program, press any of the pro-
gram buttons (3.1-3.10).
-
If you wish you can also change the tempe-
rature and time settings for the pre-set pro-
grams using the according icons (6, 8).
-
Once the desired program has been selected
(3), press the start/pause icon (2) to start the
cooking process. You will see that the timer
will start running.
-
To change any settings while cooking, first
-
Pause the process (2), modify the desired
setting (6, 8) and then resume the process by
pressing start again (2).
NOTE: During the cooking phase, you can press
the start/pause icon (2) to stop the appliance, the
timer will also stop and display whatever time re-
mains. Press this button again to resume the coo-
king phase.

The fryer will beep when the cooking time has
-
finished.
-
Check to see that the food is cooked.
-
If it is not, you only have to put the contai-
ner back in the fryer and program the timer to
cook for a few more minutes.

Once cooking has finished, take the whole
pot part out of the appliance. The appliance
will switch itself off automatically.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE
APPLIANCE:
-
Unplug the appliance from the mains.
-
Let to cool down.
-
Clean the appliance as it is explained on the
cleaning section.
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:

The appliance has a safety device, which
protects the appliance from overheating.
-
If the appliance turns itself off and does not
switch itself on again, disconnect it from the
mains supply, and wait for approximately 15
minutes before reconnecting. If the machine
