lIMITED WARRANTY OF bOSCH PRESSURE WASHERS
• Robert Bosch Tool Corporation ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all Bosch
Pressure Washers will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years from
date of purchase.
• Any included Bosch Pressure Washer accessories (hoses, connector fittings, spray nozzles, trig-
ger handle, wheels, and detergent bottle) will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a
period of 90 days from date of original purchase.
• This Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties or conditions, express or implied by law (except
where and to the extent that the purchaser is a consumer subject to the Quebec Consumer
Protection Act) , including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a par-
ticular purpose and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded by the Seller.
• A defective Bosch Pressure Washer meeting Limited Warranty conditions can only be repaired at a
bosch Authorized Pressure Washer Service Center.
• To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, please return the Bosch Pressure Washer to a Bosch
Authorized Pressure Washer Service Center. To find your nearest bosch Authorized Pressure
Washer Service Center, please contact customer support at 1-844-900-AQUA (2782) and you will
be directed to return the complete bosch Pressure Washer, transportation prepaid, to the nearest
bosch Authorized Pressure Washer Service Center. Please include a dated proof of purchase with
your bosch Pressure Washer and a short description of your claim. Please drain the bosch Pres-
sure Washer as completely as possible, and/or package the bosch Pressure Washer in a plastic
bag, before shipment; Seller cannot be responsible for product that is lost, misrouted or returned
due to damaged packaging, (however, for purchasers that are consumers subject to the Que-
bec Consumer Protection Act, this limitation of liability shall not apply if the damaged packaging
is due to the fault or negligence of Seller or of one of its representatives).
• This Limited Warranty is non-transferable. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and
you may have other rights that vary in certain provinces. Some provinces do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the limitations or exclusions provided herein may not apply to you.
Exclusions:
• Bosch Pressure Washers are NOT intended for commercial, rental or professional use. Any use of
this bosch Pressure Washer for commercial, rental or professional clean operations will NOT be
covered under this limited Warranty.
• Only use with compatible Bosch accessories, warranty will be void if other accessories were used
with the bosch Pressure Washer.
• Using the Bosch Pressure Washer without a filter or with a dirty or damaged filter may invalidate this
limited Warranty.
• Limited Warranty does not cover water sediment, contaminated water supply or use of chemicals
and detergents not approved or recommended by Seller.
• Limited Warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, use
of improper detergents, freezing, neglect, or non-compliance with the Operating Instructions.
• Limited Warranty does not cover loss of use or other incidental or consequential damages arising
from any of the above, nor does it cover repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons.
• This Limited Warranty only applies to products sold and used in Canada.
