Replacing the wheel drive belt
Remove the cowling by unscrewing the screws fixing it to

the chassis;
Slacken the belt tensioner by unscrewing the screw fixing

the idle pulley to the chassis;
Slacken the screws blocking the right wheel support to the

chassis;

Remove the wheel axis from the chassis, then the belt.

Motor belt
To remove the belt transmitting the motion from the motor to

the drive shaft, the guard inside the cowling must be
removed by unscrewing the fixing screws.
To unscrew the top screw, block rotation of the nut inside

the filter compartment;

After the guard has been removed, the idle pulley which acts
as a belt tensioner must be removed by unscrewing the nut
blocking it to the chassis;
Tensioning the drive belt
Remove the cowling;
Slacken the nut blocking the shaft which supports the
tensioning idle pulley;
Push the belt tensioner upwards until the required tension is
achieved (previous figure);
Block the shaft to the drive pulley by tightening the screw.
Tensioning the side brush belt
Remove the cowling;
Slacken the nut blocking the shaft which supports the
tensioning idle pulley;
Push the belt tensioner towards the left until the required
tension is achieved;
Block the shaft by tightening the screw.
Tensioning the wheel and centre brush belt
Remove the cowling;
Slacken the nut blocking the shaft which supports the idle
pulley tensioning one of the two belts;
