Charcoal Filter Alert Reset
The charcoal filter is behind the grease filter. It cannot be cleaned and should be replaced every 6 months, while the display shows the
filter alert "Change the Charcoal Filter and reset reminder in Settings".
To remove the filter alert and reset filters duration:
After replacing the charcoal filter (see the instructions on the Quick Start Guide for how to replace the charcoal filter), to remove the filter
alert on the display, retrieve another 6 months duration.
1. Press Settings button, use Arrow buttons until Cleaning and Maintenance, press CONFIRM/MENU button to select.
2. Use Arrow buttons to select Reset filter submenu, press CONFIRM/MENU button to reset.
The charcoal filter retrieves another 6 months duration now.
NOTE: For roof venting and wall venting, the charcoal filter is not necessary, but the filter alert will still appear every 6 months, you can
follow above steps to remove the alert.
Sabbath Mode
The Sabbath Mode sets the oven to remain on in a Bake setting until turned off. The lights, displays and 12 hours shut off will be disabled
during sabbath mode. When the oven door is opened or closed, the oven light will not turn on or off and the heating elements will not turn
on or off immediately.
To Activate Sabbath Mode:
1. Press the Settings button.
2. Press the Right Arrow button until Preference, press CONFIRM/MENU button to select.
3. Press the Right Arrow button until Sabbath Mode, press CONFIRM/MENU button to select.
To Activate Bake Using Sabbath Mode:
1. Press the Settings button.
2. Press the Right Arrow button until Preference, press CONFIRM/MENU button to select.
3. Press the Right Arrow button until Sabbath Mode, press CONFIRM/MENU button to select.
4. Press the Right Arrow button to select Sabbath Bake, press CONFIRM/MENU button to select.
� Set temperature: Press Left/Right Arrow buttons to select baking temperature.
� Set baking time: Press CONFIRM/MENU button to enter baking time setting, press number buttons to set baking time, press Start
button to begin.
NOTE: In sabbath bake, you can modify the baking temperature by pressing the Left/Right Arrows, press Left Arrow button once, the
baking temperature will be -25°F (-31.7°C), press Right Arrow button once, the baking temperature will be 25°F (-3.9°C), but the
modified temperature will not be displayed on the screen.
For example: If the current baking temperature is set to 350°F (177°C), you want to adjust it to 250°F (121°C), you need to press the
Left Arrow button 4 times, but the screen still shows 350°F (177°C).
To Deactivate Sabbath Mode:
Press and hold the Cancel button for 3 seconds to exit Sabbath mode. Or wait for 74 hours timeout.
Language
There are three languages supported. The language setting is in the Settings-Preferences-Language and regional submenu.
1. Press Settings button, press Arrow buttons select Preferences, press CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
2. Press Arrow buttons to Language and regional submenu, press CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
3. Press the CONFIRM/MENU button to set the Language. English/Spanish/French for your option.
4. Press the CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
Temperature Unit
Fahrenheit and Celsius can be converted for this unit. The temperature unit setting is in the Settings-Preferences-Language and regional
submenu.
1. Press Settings button, press Arrow buttons to Preferences, press CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
2. Press Arrow buttons to Language and regional submenu, press CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
3. Press Arrow buttons to the temperature unit submenu, press CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
4. Press Arrow buttons to select °F or °C.
5. Press the CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
Weight Unit
There are two systems Imperial and Metric for your option, ounce and pound is in the Imperial submenu, gram and kilogram is in the
Metric submenu. The weight unit setting is in the Settings-Preferences-Language and regional submenu.
1. Press Settings button, press Arrow buttons to Preferences, press CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
2. Press Arrow buttons to Language and regional submenu, press CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
3. Press Arrow buttons to Weight unit submenu, press CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
4. Press Arrow buttons to select Oz, Lbs (Imperial) or Grams, Kgs (Metric).
5. Press Arrow buttons to select your favorite weight unit.
6. Press the CONFIRM/MENU button to confirm your setting.
