PLEASE NOTE
Leave lock open when juicing ingredients that create excessive foam during extrac-
tion (e.g. apples, celery).
Pay close attention when operating with the lock of juice outlet closed. Juice may
overfl ow if the there is too much juice collected in the middle part.
5.4 Juicing food items
WARNING
Do not dissolve feeding tube with lid during use.
Do not put hand or any object into the device or feeding tube, danger of injuiry
exists or the device may be damaged.
Do not touch the power cord with wet hands. It may cause electrical shock, short-
circuit or fi re.
If necessary, use the pusher to gently feed food into the juicing auger.
Do not reinsert the extracted pulp into the juicer.
Do not overload the device and do not use it without food. It could be damaged.
Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 20 minutes. After use for 20
minutes, let the appliance cool down for 10 minutes before using it again.
If food gets stuck in the feeding tube, use the pusher or another piece of fruit/vege-
table to push it down.

Make sure that the On/Off switch is turned to "O".

Plug the device in, after you have properly installed the device.
3.
Prepare the food.
4.
Insert the food items into the feeding tube and close the lid.
5.
Switch to ON position, to start the operation.

Open the juice outlet.
5.5 R function
Use the R switch if the juicing auger gets blocked or the feeding tube cannot be remo-
ved when taking the appliance apart. The R switch turns the juicing auger in the opposi-
te direction, loosening food which has got blocked by pushing it back up the tube.
5.6 After making juice
1.
Let the device operate as long as all food needs to be juiced completely.
2.
Place an empty container under the juice outlet and operate the device with a little
water to rinse it.
3.
Close the juice outlet to prevent dripping.
4.
Turn the appliance off ("O") and remove the plug from the socket.
5.
Disassemble the device and proceed as described under "cleaning".
6.
If you cannot disassemble the feeding tube immediately, then use the "R" function.
