Vent Mode
In vent mode, installation can be done with or with-
out the riser. You must consider 3 1/2" riser height in
determining the hood installation height.
To determine the hood installation height with riser:
X=C-(A+B+R+¥+Z)
Example: X = 96" -(36" + 10 1/2" +3 1/2" + 15" + 6")
x= 25"

riser:

Example: X = 96" - (36" + 10 1/2" + 24" +0")

NOTE: Installation height should be measured from
the cooking surface to the bottom of the hood. The
vent hood must be installed 24" min. and 36" max.
