TROUBLE SHOOTING
In some locations, the digital terrestrial signal may be weak. To view the weakest signal channels, you should
provide adequate signal strength to the receiver. Reorient the antenna and check the status of the amplifier
antenna.
PROBLEM
The standby LED doesn't light
up.
No signal detected
No picture or sound
There is sound but no picture
The remote control does not
work
Have forgotten the channel lock
code
After moving the receiver to
another room, the digital signal
is not received
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Disconnected power cord or
burned-out power adapter
The antenna is not connected
The antenna is damaged /
misaligned
SCART/HDMI is not selected on
your TV
The selected resolution is not
compatible with the TV
The cable does not work
properly or is not connected
properly
The selected channel is radio
and has no image
DVB receiver off
Distance between DVB receiver
and remote control is too great
or the receiver's IR receiver is
blocked
Batteries are dead

The antenna signal at the new

WHAT TO DO
Check the power cord and
power adapter
Check the antenna cable
Check the antenna
Select the corresponding input
on your TV
Press the red button to change
the output resolution
Check the cable

Plug in and connect the
receiver
Verify the line of sight between
the IR transmitter and receiver
of the DVB control and receiver
Replace the batteries
Tune the channels again to
cancel the lockout
Provide adequate signal
strength to the receiver
